Hawkers cuisine is always one of our favourite restaurant in Perth that serves the best Malaysian Chinese food. Always packed and the food is always good. Never fails. But why they didn't mentioned it in the The West Australian Good Food Guide 2011 book? Do the restaurant owner have to actually invite the food critic to do the review or the food critic just missed it? I wonder if the food critics actually told the restaurant that they are going to do a food review or just go there without telling the restaurant. Because it does make a difference in terms of service and quality of food.
Anyway, Joe got me this book as a gift and I will treasure it for a year (or maybe til the 2012 one come out) hehehe.. after reading this book, found out that my restaurant list is now no longer a page long. When can I ever finish trying out every single restaurant in Perth ey?
