Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Remember I told you about the Truffle Infused Eggs last week?
Yes! Finally we have scrambled it!
The eggs tasted and smell totally like truffle. Honestly its nothing really special but I was just amazed by truffles. You can infuse it, marinate it, shave it, slice it and make everything just taste like truffle.

We have infused another 4 eggs and we are going to make steam egg custard! ( or we can call it Chawamushi in japanese or jeng sui dan in cantonese)

Can't wait! :)
