Experimenting Cooking @ home

Few days ago, Joe decided to bake Pork roll with the crispy skin in his own way.

He succeeded! The meat is tender and juicy and the skin crackles is crispy!

This is the Cod fish that steven caught the other day. Fresh! Joe put lotsa ginger, garlic, onion, spring onions and chilli with tasty light soy sauce, oysters sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil.. I don't know what else he put in there :P

It's a yummy dinner! Satisfying!
